Our
mother sang this to all 7 of us, she had the most beautiful voice.My brother and I have the same beautiful voices and agree it is very difficult to sing. We both sang it to our babies.

My mother sang this to my brother and I every night. My favorite among many she sang. She sang it:.Loo, loo, loo, loo you don't you cry, dream of the angels way on high, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, hushabye...mommy wont go away. Sleep in my arms while you still can, childhood is but a day...even when you're a great big girl/boy (she sang it twice for both my brother and I)...mommy won't go away. I sang it at her memorial service.

It was from an old music book and I don't have it anymore.
Su, su, su, su, su, hushabye. Dream of the angels in the sky. Su, su su, su, su, hushabye, Mama won't go away. Sleep in my arms while you still can, childhood is but a day. Even when you're a great big man, Mama won't go away. I have tried for years to find a replacement for the song book, but no luck! If anyone has the music, I'd love to have a copy!
