Gingerbread Man Bed time

The chorus of the song is run run as fast as you can you can't catch me I'm the ginger bread man. It's a story about a little boy's parents trying to put him to bed. There was another song on the cassette tape about a bear that wants to work on the golden gate bridge but can't so instead he sells lemonade.

It was my boyfriend's favorite childhood cassette and I'm trying to help him find It online but I'm guessing it never got uploaded. I'm thinking the time period on it would be mid 80's.
