Many years ago we were taught a song that I love. Over the years I have forgotten the lyrics except for this:
Skipping and running from Antrim to Kerry
the wee people dance upon blossom and berry,
in valley and woodland they dance and make merry
in valley and woodland the wee people live.
Moonbeams fall down like a pale silver spread
while the earth children slumber in cradle and bed.
The melody is very simple and I would love to know the full lyrics to this song. Can anyone help?
