The moon with the stars close beside her

I was born January 1, 1948 and remember my mother singing this song to my baby sister in 1952, and to my brother who was born in 1955. My mother passed away on June 22, 2013 and I am trying to put together a group of songs she sang to us when we were very young. Of the three songs I remember her singing, the only one I have not been able to find is this one. Can anyone help?
