click clack

I think it started with " click clack click clack up on the roof top, pitter patter pitter patter on the window pane" and I can't remember much else but my 2 girls who are now 16 and 18 have started to ask about this lullaby because they remember the melody from when they were babies. I just can't remember the name of the song to show it to them again. If you can help I would so appreciate it.
