I learned this song when I was a young girl also. I loved this sweet song. I have sung this song to my babies who are now 41 and 33 years old, and now I sing it to my precious granddaughter. It remains a favorite to this day.

I can't find a record of it anywhere but on this post. My mom used to sing this to me; she said she sung it in chorus when she was a girl. I'd love to hear a recording or know more about it!
