Dream with me singing bear

When I was born my grandmother gave me a light furred bear that wore a yellow French hat and a yellow t-shirt. When you pressed his stomach it would sing (from what I remember) "Dream with me..dream with me. How my life might be. Bedtime is a magical time. Dream with me I dream." I had it till I was about 5 then I'm pretty sure my mom tossed him away since he no longer sung. My grandmother passed away from Sarcoma Cancer, July 7th 2013. I'm looking for this lullaby or bear. Please help. Happy holidays!
